By signing up for a flower subscription, you're securing your portion of the best of our spring harvest. There are no refunds or cancellations on subscriptions. You can, however, transfer your subscription to someone else, but it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes. If you miss a pick up or fail to meet at the scheduled time, there will be no refunds or compensation. Missed pickups/deliveries will not be rescheduled or credited. While we strive to deliver the highest quality flowers on time, we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, transportation delays, etc.). In such cases, we will do our best to provide timely notifications.
By becoming a member, you agree to pickup on the designated day & time. For deliveries, you agree to be present or have someone on your behalf be present to receive the delivery. By subscribing to our cut flower service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these flower subscription membership terms.
